Believe it or not, Strack's sometimes has the best deals of the week. Just be careful to ONLY buy the deals. Some things are always the best deal. For example, did you know that if you go to Strack's international aisle, you can always get cumin for 1.89? Also, the bouillon is cheaper in the international aisle. I don't use it because of MSG, but many people do so go there. This is at the Strack's on B-way in CP. The one by Taft doesn't have the cumin and is limited in many of the deals to be found at the other. Let me know how the other ones stack up if you shop at those.

If you go to Strack's website, you can create a grocery list and add coupons to it from the site.
My advice is to NEVER pay more than 2.00/lb for meat unless it is a roast for under 2.50/lb. This will greatly help to reduce your bill!!
I never buy meat more expensive than that. We just went in with 3 other people on a cow and I ended up paying 2.00/lb total for all cuts of meat including steaks!! But even if you don't do that, it is easy to only pay 2.00 for meat-you just won't have steaks and some other cuts. But if you just save those for special occasions, you can afford it after the saving that you get on a regular basis.
